Lexmark’s single-function monochrome printers have been rated the most reliable in the industry against competitors HP, Ricoh and Xerox. In a survey conducted by The Office Products Analysts (The OPA), Lexmark’s single-function monochrome printers were considered most reliable in the “Under 70 ppm Monochrome Printer” category.

“As their revenue is directly tied to the quality of their equipment, print-for-pay customers are typically the most critical of the products they use,” said Andy Slawetsky, president, Industry Analysts, Inc., The OPA’s publisher. “Our research shows that Lexmark has satisfied customers in this category better than any other brand.”

Respondents to the survey, which included more than 180 commercial printers and 55 publishing houses, also gave Lexmark accolades for image quality. Printing and imaging manufacturers were evaluated on print quality, reliability, image quality, productivity, features and more.
