Official Rules for Lexmark Solutions Provider Sweepstakes 

The following rules apply to the sweepstakes. No purchase necessary. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older and reside in the continental United States. Entrants, at the time prize(s) are awarded, must be current employees of a reseller in a channel designated by Lexmark in its sole and absolute discretion as a solutions provider channel and working in the capacity of a commissioned or salary based outside sales representative serving end users. Members of the general public are not eligible. Employees of Lexmark International, Inc., (“Lexmark” or “Sponsor”) its affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate families are not eligible. Unless canceled earlier by Sponsor at its sole discretion, separate random drawings will be held for each of the prizes no later than 5:00 p.m. EST January 30, 2009. There are two ways to enter each sweepstakes: (1) Visit lexmarkpartner.com after 5:00 p.m. EST November 10, 2008, click the provided link, register, and complete the online Lexmark product training session before 11:59 p.m. EST December 31, 12008 (hereafter referred to as the "promotion period") and you will be automatically entered into one drawing ; or (2) type or legibly print the following information on a 3” x 5” index card and mail it in a letter sized envelope via first class United States mail to the address stated below: (a) Your name, (b) your address, (c) your telephone number, (d) your place of employment, and (e) the words "Please enter me in the Lexmark drawing." Mailed entries should be addressed to: Lexmark Giveaway, Attn: Jeffrey D. Roberts, 740 West New Circle Road, Lexington , KY 40550 . There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address regardless of the means of entry. Multiple entries postmarked or (in the case of internet entries) received from any one person, household or email address during the promotion period will void all but the initial entry. Mailed entries must be postmarked and received no later than 5 p.m. EST December 31, 2008 in order to be eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or interrupted for any reason or for electronic, telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phone lines or telephone traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or on any telephone line, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise, or any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misprinted or misdirected entries, or postage-due mail. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. At total of seven prizes will be given away (estimated value below):

Grand Prize: One Royal Caribbean Cruise for 2 people (estimated retail value $5,000.00. See limitations and restrictions below).

First Prize: One 42-inch Sony LCD/HDTV (Sony model number: KDL42V4100) and Bose Home Theater System (Bose model number: 312335-1310) (estimated retail value $3,000.00).

Second Prize: One Callaway Golf Club Set (model number: Callaway 3200 PKG) with accessories (estimated retail value $3,000.00).

Third Prize: Lowes Gift Card (retail value $2,000.00).

Fourth Prize: Circuit City Gift Card (retail value $2,000.00).

Fifth Prize: Sony High Definition Digital Camcorder (model number: HDRSR10) (estimated retail value $1,000.00).

Sixth Prize: Garmin GPS Automotive Navigation System (model number: 010-00577-12) (estimated retail value $1,000.00).

Winners to be selected by random drawings from eligible entries received to be held no later than 5:00 p.m. EST January 30, 2009. Winner(s) will be notified by first class mail or, at sponsor's sole discretion, electronic mail within 14 days after the drawing for that date. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. Each eligible entry is eligible to receive no more than one prize. Winner is responsible for taking all actions necessary to claim and obtain prize within 6 weeks after notification has been sent or will forfeit the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing until the prize is awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes are winner's responsibility. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding eligibility and award of all prizes. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Winners shall be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/release within 30 days of notification. Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach air fare for two adults from a city within the continental United States to a Florida port city designated by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize includes a five day, four night stay in a standard cabin aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines ship, includes transportation of a mode specified by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion between the airport and the port. Winner and companion must travel and lodge together at all times. Port fees and sales taxes are included in prize. Grand Prize includes a $200 on ship credit. Shore excursions are not included in prize. Cruise must be booked no later than May 1, 2009, and sailing must occur no later than November 1, 2009. No extensions permitted. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are subject to government regulations. Travel is subject to schedule changes. This award is excluded from frequent flyer mileage credit and does not include code share flights. This award may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party. Blackout periods apply, including but not limited to the months of March through April, 2009, and cruise cannot be booked during this time. All arrangements are subject to availability and double occupancy for two adults. Accommodation and air travel blackout dates may apply and are subject to change without notice. All travel must be booked at least 45 days prior to travel. Prizes returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may be awarded to alternate winners selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing until prize is awarded. Contest prizes are subject to change based on availability. Any substituted prize will be of similar quality and value as the original. Prize winners should allow 3-6 weeks for item delivery. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. All decisions of Sponsor regarding this sweepstakes are in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
